A Day with Rachellie

Saturday started with Rachelle and I meeting up with Dawn and her friends at the Saturday market.

From the market we went up to Pittock Mansion to explore the grounds.  Once owned by the wealthiest family in the city, it was sold to the city in the 1960s and is now a historical site. I t just happens to be perched above the city with 180 degree views.  Not too shabby...

From there we went to Powells, enjoyed a cup of coffee and shared gelato, dropped by our friend Dawn's new house to say hi, then (due to some questionable directions) arrived 30 minutes late to watch My Sister's Keeper with Rachelle's sisters.
