Merry (early) Christmas!

I spent Saturday evening with my mom, Aaron, Chad, Jess and Emma to celebrate an early Christmas.  It was wonderful - low key with yummy soup, fun presents, and a super entertaining 16 month old!

Emma got all the stuffed Backyardigans.  Its all too new for me, but apparently they're the new big thing in toddler entertainment.  Emma literally starts dancing when she sees just the DVD case.

And the rest of the evening was spent putting together Emma's new play kitchen.  I didn't get an 'after' picture, but believe me when I say how jealous I am - that play kitchen is bigger than my real one!
