Last night Brooke and I got to spend the evening with Rich and Colleen, enjoying yummy food, entertaining stories, peaceful ambiance, and lots and lots of laughter.

First order of business was to make the passion fruit mojitos. We're pretty sure whoever posted the recipe online had already had one too many, and didn't make much in the way of sense.  So we - and by we, I mean Colleen - winged it.

They turned out so great!

We spent the rest of the evening on their patio enjoying their beautiful yard and trees

and drinking a few more of these.

And then eating this.

Today is definitely a running day.
