Lizzy's pregnant! Baby Vernon (affectionately referred to as Frijole) is due toward the end of summer and we all can't wait to meet him/her. Liz gonna make a great mama. So of course we had to celebrate, eat cake, and get the mama-to-be some fun stuff. Rachelle, Megan and Elizabeth hosted a wildly successful shower in Seattle. They went all out with colorful decorations, amazing food, fun guest list, and only ONE game.

You know its a good party when people start trying on the baby gear.
This picture cracks me up. This is Elizabeth's hubby, Chad, taking a listen to Baby Vernon. And that's Liz's husband, Laird, on the left, not quite sure what to do with the whole thing.
The sun made an appearance during the weekend, and an obligatory walk around Greenlake was in order.
And finally, Saturday night us girls went to dinner in Ballard.
We had such a great time catching up - I missing hanging out with these ladies all the time! Guess there will just need to be another Seattle trip in the near future.
