Tonight Tarah, Brooke and I ventured over to the east side for dinner at Trebol and took in the Festival of Lights at the Grotto, a Catholic shrine and botanical garden overhauled during the Christmas season to festively reflect the nativity story.
The rain let up, it was packed with families, and every square foot was lit up with Christmas lights.
We also enjoyed a couple of the Christmas concerts in the chapel, complete with a few sing-a-longs with the choirs.
Afterward we put the fascinator-winning, Ruby Jewel gift certificate to good use and chowed down on five delicious flavors of ice cream and a couple cookies - so good!
