You can't go to Sydney without visiting Bondi Beach. So our first morning here we caught the 333 bus to the beach, armed with swimsuits and four bottles of SPF 30 sunscreen. On a cloudy day we still burned to a crisp! It was worth it.
For lunch we walked up to Fish Mongers - the best grilled fish-n-chips in the world
We took the long bus ride back, cleaned up and headed out again walking through downtown to the Sydney Aquarium.
The aquarium was huge, filled with sea creatures I've only heard about. We went a little picture happy there too.

After the aquarium we walked down to Darling Harbour for dinner at Black Bird Cafe
See how nice and dry we are? All this changed when we left and got caught in a 12-block walk through a torrential downpour.
A sign of things to come...
