Yesterday Brooke informed me that we had plans in the evening, but wouldn't tell me what it was. I met her and Hiedi Shultz downtown for dinner and was presented with an early stocking stuffer - tickets to Lifehouse! Brooke had heard they were in town on her way to work, spent the morning scouring Craigs List to find someone who was willing to part with their tickets, spent her lunch trekking across the city to retrieve them, then spent the rest of the day keeping it a secret from me. It was PERFECT!
(I actually teared up with she gave them to me. Yeah, I know.)
I've never really paid attention to Kris Allen (I believe he won one of the American Idols), but I have never seen a band have so much fun on stage - it was contagious and super entertaining. He's obviously enjoying his moment!
And Lifehouse did not disappoint!
It was the best un-Birthday/stocking stuffer present ever! Thanks so so so much Brookie!
