Dear Portland Weather People,

Wishful thinking does not a Severe-Arctic-Blast-Storm make.  Reporting of possible feet of snow, school closures due to 'coldness,' and undriveable icy conditions is beginning to resemble a little boy who once cried wolf .

I admit, we did get a dusting of snow.  My neighborhood at 6am:
