Saturday morning Lex and I hit up the Apple Tasting Festival at Portland Nursery. I heard about it last year and wasn't able to make it, so it made the top of my Oct 12th list for 2013. We braved the rain and the lines and chowed down on dozens of apples.
There was also pumpkin painting, face painting for the kiddos and tons of food tastings, AND its going on for one more weekend, so if you're in Portland and free next weekend (Oct 18-20), you should most definitely put this on your list!
